This also works for a Cab & Chassis except for some Dodge models and a special one is available for the Dodge Cab & Chassis.

Install by drilling three 3/4" holes on each side of truck frame, bolts are included. Flip the ball over and you have clearance to use your fifth-wheel hitch.
